I was born in Charleston, WV in 1942, and moved to Va. Beach, VA in 1954.  I graduated from Princess Anne High School in 1961, and joined the Army in 1964.  My Army tours were in Ethiopia and Korea.  When my tour was up in 1967 I returned to Va. Beach, took a quick trip to California, and returned to Va. Beach in 1968 to marry my wife Frances Baull.  In 1970, I went to work for the Department of Defense and moved to England where we added to our family, a daughter born in 1973.  While in England, I attended the University of Maryland and graduated in 1975.  We returned to the U. S. in 1975, and lived in Maryland and North Carolina.  My wife and I retired from the Department of Defense in 1995, and moved to Oak Island, NC until 2005, when we moved to Spring Hill, FL.
