I was born in Athens, Ohio, December 3, 1969 but moved around between Ohio, Florida, and South Carolina until I joined the Navy in 1987.  I retired from the Navy in 2009 and stayed in the San Diego area.  My wife (Beth Ann Willoughby) and I were married in Chula Vista Ca, August 14th 1993, and have three children: Trevor James Withrow, May 24, 1997/Brandon Cole Withrow Jan 05, 2000/Abby Ruth Withrow Mar 14, 2004.

Withrow Lineage: My mother's maiden name is Pamila Sue Schall and she was born in Athens Ohio June 27, 1948.  I never met my father, but his name was Gary Allen Withrow and he and my mother divorced when I was just an infant.  His parents were Anna and Bernard Withrow.
