I am the daughter of Kenneth Withrow (Price).  I joined DAR with Capt. James Withrow as my patriot. I grew up in Alexander Mills and Danieltown, suburbs of Forest City, NC.  I  graduated from Chase High School and the Furman University affiliated Greenville General Hospital School of Nursing.  I have been married to John Jacobs for 55 years.  John was one of the first graduates of the University of North Carolina's Computer Science master's degree program.  We have 2 sons, both North Carolina  State graduates where our oldest son John, Jr. was a scholarship football player.  He is married with 2 daughters and is the Senior Recovery Specialist for SpaceX at Cape Canaveral, FL.  Our youngest son Steve is not married and is a civil engineer in West Palm Beach, FL.  We retired from Asheville, NC to New Smyrna Beach, FL in 1998 to enjoy sailing and to be near our children and granddaughters.
